🔄 Eligibility for Return & Exchange

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Fragrance testers, samples, or sale items are non-refundable.

If the product arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

  2. Approval & Instructions: Once approved, you’ll receive return shipping details.

  3. Secure Packaging: Repack the product carefully to avoid damage during transit.

  4. Send it back: Use a reliable courier of your choice. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

💸 Refunds & Exchange Timeline

  • Exchanges will be processed and shipped once the original product is received and inspected.

  • Refunds (for eligible returns) will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method or bank transfer.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

To maintain product integrity and hygiene, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Fragrance testers or samples

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or edited. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
