We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Fragrance testers, samples, or sale items are non-refundable.
If the product arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

💸 Refunds & Exchange Timeline

Exchanges will be processed and shipped once the original product is received and inspected.
